Baby Sawyer #3 - 24 Weeks

Well another four weeks have passed, and rather quickly I might add. I don't feel like my stomach is much bigger then it was four weeks ago, but the rest of my body feels bigger...blech.

I have been incredibly itchy this pregnancy...my doctor says I am probably allergic to this pregnancy, which is so strange since I didn't have this problem with the first two. I am itchy all over my stomach, back, legs, and "the girls". I sometimes get some little bumps as well and small red lines that itch...not fun. If it gets really bad I take Benadryl at night, which helps and allows me to sleep really good too, which is a bonus!

Other then that, I feel great. The baby is moving a ton. Natalie was the first to feel the baby kick the other day, it was SO cute...she was so excited. Shaun felt him move as well the other night.

I think we've decided on a first name for this baby boy, although we are still working on a middle name. I am so thankful to have found a boy's name that I love as much as Landon! =)

Papa & Mimi Visit Durango!

This past week we were so excited to have my parents come visit us at our new home here in Durango. My Mom flew in on Tuesday (the 18th) and my Dad on Friday (the 21st) and then they both left on Monday (the 24th)...sniff...sniff...We had such a good time, and the kids both cried after dropping them off at the airport.

Mimi & Natalie making monster cookies together...Nat had so much fun and says this was her favorite part of their trip! Check out my Mom's blog for more pictures.
Saturday we took my parents downtown for brunch and then we toured around a bit.
We spent some time at the park...
...and enjoyed Durango's spring beauty!
Just some small proof of all the baking my Mom & I did...I think we easily conquered the high-altitude challenge!
My first ever homemade apple pie. I must say it was DELICIOUS!!!

Thanks for coming to visit, Mom & Dad! We hope you want to come again...soon! =)

Pictures as of Late...

My dear sweet boy seems to like putting his sister's headbands on...but he doesn't wear them right. Note the orange one on his head, along with the blue and green ones around his waist. He looks like such a goof!

Sweet Natalie prepared a tea party for me today...

A couple of weeks ago we took the kids bowling for the very first time. They had so much fun taking turns rolling the bowling ball!

Shaun took a picture of the "cute" little bowling shoes that Miss Nat had to wear.

Our Little Man #2

Our baby boy...still can't believe it!
If you are having a hard time telling what the picture is (ahem, Mom) you will see that the Ultrasound Tech was kind enough to write what body part it is.

I told Shaun that something about the shape of his legs reminds me of Landon!

Change of Plans..

So today we had our big ultrasound. We were going to keep it a surprise, but decided this morning to change it up, since with the first two we kept as a surprise. So...without further ado...

Baby Sawyer #3 is a...
BOY!!!

I'll be back with more info and pictures tomorrow. Tonight we are thinking and dreaming about our family of 5...including Princess Nat, Little Man Landon, and another surprise-name little boy that will surely also steal our hearts.

Picnic Lunch at Vallecito

Today we decided to drive up to the Vallecito Reservoir. We packed a picnic lunch (with the help of Subway $5 foot-longs!) and drove 20 miles north. There were a few clouds threatening rain, but instead of rain falling there were a few snowflakes falling down around us. We didn't dress for the cold, so instead of picnic-ing outside we opened the back of our X-terra and ate out of the back. It was a fun adventure. =)

The view from Durango...it's quite gorgeous if you ask me!
